On Saturday evening, the Oklahoma City Thunder defeated the Golden State Warriors by a score of 130-123 (in overtime) at the Chase Center in San Francisco, California.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander had a huge game, putting up 40 points, seven rebounds, six assists, two steals and two blocks while shooting 18/29 from the field and 2/3 from the three-point range in 41 minutes of playing time. 

On Sunday, Gilgeous-Alexander made a post to Instagram that had over 238,000 likes in less than four hours. 

Gilgeous-Alexander captioned his post: "I was feeling like e-40 in the Bay, so i had to go dumbbbbb"

Gilgeous-Alexander is now averaging 29.8 points, 6.5 rebounds, 6.1 assists and 2.6 assists per contest while shooting 52.3% from the field and 34.7% from the three-point range in 12 games.    

With the victory over the Warriors, the Thunder are 9-4 in their first 13 games and in the middle of a four-game winning streak.  

They will play their next game on Sunday evening when they face off against the Portland Trail Blazers (in Oregon). 

After the Trail Blazers, they will return home to host the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday evening in Oklahoma City. 

Gilgeous-Alexander was the 11th pick in the 2018 NBA Draft out of Kentucky and is in his sixth season in the league. 

Last season, he averaged 31.4 points, 4.8 rebounds, 5.5 assists, 1.6 steals and 1.0 blocks per contest while shooting 51.0% from the field and 34.5% from the three-point range in 68 games (the Thunder lost in the play-in tournament).
