Shocking Video Of Giannis Antetokounmpo Going Viral
UPDATE: Joe Vardon of The Athletic has provided more on the story.
On Friday night, the Milwaukee Bucks lost to the Philadelphia 76ers in Pennsylvania by a score of 110-102, which was their fourth loss in the last six games.
Giannis Antetokounmpo has played unbelievably to start the 2022-23 season, and he had 25 points, 14 rebounds, four assists, one steal and one block in the loss.
However, he shot just 4/15 from the free throw line (26.7%).
After the game, he was seen on the 76ers' court.
On the basket he was shooting at, an employee had a ladder in the way to close up the arena for the night.
Antetokounmpo moved the ladder to the side and later pushed it to the ground in a video that has been captured by Twitter user @dem389.
The video is all over Twitter and has over one million views in an hour.
Antetokounmpo is one of the most popular players in the NBA (and one of the greatest players of all time).
At 27 years old, he is already an NBA Champion, Finals MVP, two-time MVP and Defensive Player of The Year.
With the loss, the Bucks dropped to 11-4 in their first 15 games after starting a perfect 9-0.
That said, they have dealt with injuries, and three-time NBA All-Star Khris Middleton has yet to play in a game this season.
The 76ers improved to 8-7 in their first 15 games and now have won three in a row.
All-Star center Joel Embiid led the way with 32 points, 11 rebounds and eight assists.
