On Friday evening, the Atlanta Hawks are hosting the Philadelphia 76ers at State Farm Arena in Georgia.

During the first quarter, superstar point guard Trae Young had an incredible crossover that is going viral on social media.

Young sent De'Anthony Melton flying to the ground and nailed the three-pointer.

Young is one of the most exciting players in the league and came into the evening with averages of 23.5 points, 2.7 rebounds, 10.9 assists and 1.6 steals per contest.

The Hawks are 6-5 in their first 11 games and most recently lost to the New York Knicks by a score of 116-114.

In 34 minutes of playing time, Young had 15 points, one rebound, 17 assists and two steals.

Young is in his sixth season in the league (all with the Hawks) and was the fifth pick in the 2018 NBA Draft out of Oklahoma.

He has already started in the NBA All-Star Game twice and led the Hawks to the NBA playoffs in each of the previous three seasons.

During the 2021 season, Young took the Hawks to the Eastern Conference Finals.

His career averages are 25.4 points, 3.7 rebounds, 9.3 assists and 1.0 steals per contest while shooting 43.5% from the field in 363 regular season games.

Following the 76ers, the Hawks will play their next game against the Indiana Pacers on Tuesday evening at State Farm Arena.

They have gone 2-3 in the five games they have played at home and are 3-2 in the five games they have played on the road.
