On Thursday evening, the San Antonio Spurs are playing the Oklahoma City Thunder (at home) in Texas. 

During the game, Victor Wembanyama blocked superstar Shai Gilgeous-Alexander twice, and the highlights got a lot of views on social media.

The star rookie has established himself as one of the best rim protectors in the league at just 20 years old.

Wembanyama entered the matchup with averages of 20.6 points, 10.2 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 1.3 steals and 3.3 blocks per contest while shooting 46.6% from the field and 31.7% from the three-point range in 53 games.

The Spurs are the 15th seed in the Western Conference with an 11-48 record in 59 games. 

They are 1-9 over their last ten games and are in the middle of a five-game losing streak. 

Most recently, the Spurs lost to the Minnesota Timberwolves by a score of 114-105.
