The two-time MVP can make NBA history on Monday night against the Suns because he is on the verge of passing Hall of Famer Kareem Abdul-Jabbar on the all-time assists list.
Curry currently ranks 49th on the list with 5,653 assists, and he is only eight away from moving ahead of Abdul-Jabbar (5,660).
Right now, he is averaging 29.8 points, 6.2 rebounds, 6.3 assists and 1.0 steals per contest in 42 games.
In 12 of those games, he has dished out 8+ assists.
While he is widely known as the greatest shooter ever, Curry is also a gifted passer who has averaged 6.5 assists over 868 regular season games.
The four-time NBA Champion is the all-time leader in three-pointers (3,327) and is shooting a tremendous 49.6% from the field and 43.3% from the three-point range.
Coming to Monday's game, the Warriors are the sixth seed in the Western Conference with a 35-33 record in 68 games.
They are 6-4 in their last ten games and an unbelievable 28-7 in the 35 games they have hosted at home in San Francisco.
Meanwhile, the Suns are the fourth seed in the Western Conference with a 37-30 record in 67 games.
