We're only days away from the start of the Miami Grand Prix, and with a change to the track surface, plus the crazy atmosphere at the track itself, it promises to be an exciting one - especially compared to the Azerbaijan Grand Prix last weekend which was one of the more predictable races of the season so far.

But with F1 fans all over the official website of the sport, they've picked up on a hilarious mistake made by Formula 1 which could land them in a little hot water with the Miami management.

Ferrari will be looking to prove their pace this coming weekend with Miami being a similar track to Baku in some ways. Upgrades coming to the SF-23 will only spur Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz on further, however, the increased temperature may push their tyres beyond the optimal operating window.

Red Bull will of course be looking to maintain their lead, and with Miami yet another street circuit, Sergio Perez will be going in with confidence to potentially out-drive current leader Max Verstappen.

But with the season being almost predictable, fans have turned their attention to something else. The official F1 website has used a photo from the Circuit of Americas instead of Miami, and Twitter users are all over it.

"Who is going to tell them?" asks one Twitter user. Another added: "When you have so many US GPs you get confused which one's which."

This seems like a strange oversight for the sporting body, which seems to only have the image published on the mobile version of the site on this page

But hey, it's of such insignificance that we really shouldn't be complaining about it, it's simply just very funny. Although I do wonder what that Miami International Autodrome would think about it.

We will be attending the Miami Grand Prix this coming weekend so if you want to keep up to date with the latest from the track from an accredited journalist such as myself, please follow me over on Twitter. I promise, I'm usually more serious in my writing, but I feel we all needed a chuckle after last weekend.
