F1 News: Esteban Ocon Out Of Singapore Grand Prix
Esteban Ocon has been forced to retire from the Singapore Grand Prix after 44 laps of the race.
The French driver had to stop on track at Turn 1 putting a virtual safety car on the session. Ocon was running in the points when he was met with a suspected power unit failure.

Alpine now relies on Pierre Gasly to bring home points for the team, who is currently running in sixth position.
Ocon is the second driver to retire from the race in Singapore after Yuki Tsunoda was forced to stop on the second lap after suffering from a puncture after contact with Sergio Perez on the race start. Lance Stroll also withdrew from the race this morning due to the extreme damage sustained during his crash in Qualifying yesterday.
Alpine has been struggling recently with Ocon also retiring from the Italian, Hungarian, British, Australian, and Bahrain Grands Prix.
