Aston Martin driver Lance Stroll seemingly pushed his personal trainer, Henry Howe, out of the way as he exited the garage following his early elimination from the Qatar GP Qualifying.

The Canadian driver has been under immense pressure after struggling to keep up with his new teammate two-time champion Fernando Alonso during the 2023 season so far.

Stroll is currently in tenth position in the drivers' standings with 47 points in comparison to Fernando Alonso in fourth position with 174 points. On top of this, Stroll has been eliminated in Q1 in the last three Grand Prix weekends. The Aston Martin driver will now start the Qatar GP from seventeenth position.

With commitments to media duties following his exit in qualifying, Stroll was clearly angry whilst speaking to the media, giving minimal answers before walking off.

Unsurprisingly, viewers have been having their say on the matter on social media. Formula One influencer, Laura Leslie, posted:

"In a normal work place and this is a sackable move. Stroll is 24 years old, he’s not a kid. He knows better. When you lay hands on staff members in anger then it should be game over."

"@astonmartin absolutely disgusting that Lance Stroll gets to do that to staff. Not acceptable!"

Aston Martin's announced earlier in the week that they would be entering the World Endurance Championship in 2025 with the Aston Martin Valkyrie, which spurred on more rumours of a potential exit for Stroll.

Ultimately, however frustrated a driver may be with a situation, a reaction like Stroll's can not be justified.
