F1 News: Oscar Piastri And Daniel Ricciardo Out Of Dutch FP2 In Double Crash
Oscar Piastri and Daniel Ricciardo have both crashed out of the second free practice of the Dutch Grand Prix weekend, ending the session for both of the Australian drivers.
The former oversteered and span out at Turn 3 colliding with the race wall. Ricciardo, who was a little bit behind Piastri, didn't see the crashed McLaren in time to avoid a similar incident which saw him also crashing into the race wall.

A red flag was subsequently put on the session after just ten minutes. The marshals are now working to remove both the McLaren MCL60 and AlphaTauri AT04 from the track so the session is able to resume.
Luckily, both drivers were able to walk away from the accident. McLaren posted an update to social media, writing:
"Oscar hits the wall. He's OK but a red flag is waved and the car will need to be retrieved by the marshals."
The respective teams will now be investigating any damaged sustained from the crash and will have to work to rectify that before the third and final free practice session tomorrow which will be followed by qualifying in the afternoon.
