F1 News: Red Bull Suffer Double Elimination In Singapore GP Qualifying

Both of the Red Bull's are out of the Singapore GP Qualifying in Q2.

Both Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez have been eliminated from Q2 of the Singapore Grand Prix qualifying and will be starting the race from eleventh and thirteenth, respectively. 

Amazingly, Liam Lawson, who is standing in for Daniel Ricciardo in the AlphaTauri, was the driver who managed to get himself out of the elimination zone in the last moment putting Verstappen down into eleventh position.

Red Bull has been struggling all weekend with the set-up of the car. The team does have the opportunity to take the constructors' championship win this weekend, however, to do that they will need to finish with a 1-2 and Mercedes will need to be out of the points or have one point with Red Bull gaining the fastest lap. With the drivers starting from eleventh and thirteenth, this is starting to look incredibly unlikely.

On top of this, Verstappen is due to be investigated by the Stewards after the qualifying session for two separate cases of potential impeding. The first of which was due to the two-time champion waiting at the end of the pit lane holding up the cars behind him and the second of which is for potentially impeding Yuki Tsunoda who was also eliminated in Q2.
