F1 News: Red Bull Unveils RB20 In Nostalgic Milton-Keynes Event Ahead Of 2024 Season
Red Bull has unveiled the RB20 in a live event from the team's HQ in Milton-Keynes with just less than one week to go until pre-season testing in Bahrain.
The RB20, which was also shared on social media, features the iconic Red Bull matte deep blue with red and yellow accenting.
The live-stream took fans on a journey through the twenty years that the Austrian team has been in the sport with many of the iconic cars from past seasons. On top of this, it also showcased some of the other sports which Red Bull are involved in.
Team principal Christian Horner was joined by former driver David Coulthard as well as current drivers three-time champion Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez, and chief technical officer Adrian Newey.
Red Bull also took the opportunity to introduce their F1 Academy drivers for 2024, Hamda Al Qubaisi and Emely de Heus.
The event finished with footage of the RB20 driven by Max Verstappen against the RB1 driven by David Coulthard on the iconic Silverstone circuit.
This marks the end of the car reveals ahead of the 2024 season which kicks off with the pre-season testing from 21-23 February ahead of the season-opening Bahrain Grand Prix on 29 February - 2 March.
