Goldin, a leader in the collectibles market, has announced an impressive array of Formula 1 memorabilia in its January Elite Auction, headlined by a unique, signed and framed 3D acrylic painting of Daniel Ricciardo. The artwork, titled "Thunderstruck," is the creation of Bruce Sulzburg, an acclaimed artist known for his three-dimensional sports paintings. Measuring 35.5 x 27 inches, the painting vividly captures Ricciardo in his AlphaTauri car, surrounded by a dynamic, speckled smoke effect, characteristic of Sulzburg's style.
Additional highlights of the auction include a Max Verstappen 2020 Topps Chrome Formula 1 Sapphire Edition Padparadscha Refractor Rookie Card, a much-sought-after collectible due to Verstappen's dominance in 2023. A framed McLaren Formula 1 race suit worn by Lewis Hamilton during his first championship-winning season and Hamilton's Arai race helmet from his impressive 2007 rookie campaign are also up for bidding.
