The 2023 Formula 1 season is shaping up to be an exciting one, especially for Valtteri Bottas and the Alfa Romeo Racing team. The Finnish driver, who joined the team after leaving Mercedes at the end of the 2021 season, is eager to see improvements from Alfa Romeo in the upcoming season.

The 2022 season was a tough one for the Hinwil team as they struggled to dominate the midfield. They did, however, manage to take 6th place in the Constructor standings - a strong finish for the team who should be proud of this result.

But Bottas and his team know they can do better. With other midfield rivals determined to improve, Alfa Romeo is determined to push forward and stay ahead of the competition. "We need to aim higher," Bottas said during the car launch. "We need to achieve more."

The team is determined to maintain their momentum, and Bottas is confident they can do just that. He took a well-deserved break over the off-season and is now ready to go full throttle until the end of the 2023 season.

"A mental and physical reset is important," he said. "I am expecting better consistency, more points, and better results. That comes from all the details and working better as a team."

The 2023 season is set to be a thrilling one for Alfa Romeo Racing, and with Bottas at the wheel, there's no telling what the team can achieve.
