The Japanese Grand Prix is set to take place tomorrow with Max Verstappen starting from pole position alongside his Red Bull teammate Sergio Perez who will start the race from second.

Starting from behind the Red Bull front-row lockout are Lando Norris and Carlos Sainz who will be starting from third and fourth place, respectively. During the Qualifying session earlier today it was McLaren who seemed the most likely to give Red Bull a run for their money with Ferrari, Aston Martin, and Mercedes all running closely behind.

The iconic Suzuka circuit has suited Red Bull in the last couple of years with Verstappen achieving his 2022 Drivers' Championship title with his win at the track, as well as the Dutchman securing the 2023 Constructors' Championship for Red Bull last year. So, all eyes will be on the Red Bull team as well as those who are able to threaten them.

The race in 2023 saw McLaren celebrate a double podium finish with Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri crossing the line in second and third place, respectively. Interestingly, Norris secured his second-place finish after starting the race from the third position on the grid, which is the same position as where the Belgian-British driver will start the race tomorrow.
