Charles Leclerc has taken pole position for the inaugural Las Vegas Grand Prix.

Carlos Sainz has taken a 10-place grid penalty so although he put in the second-fastest time, Leclerc will be joined by Max Verstappen and George Russell at the front of the grid tomorrow. Lance Stroll also took a 5-place grid penalty after overtaking Sainz under yellow flag conditions in FP3.

Ferrari showed incredible pace during Q1 as well as Logan Sargeant in the Williams. Yuki Tsunoda, George Russell, and Lando Norris had lap times deleted.

Q2 came to an exciting end with almost all of the final five driver's getting themselves out of the elimination zone at the last moment, putting Lewis Hamilton and Sergio Perez out of the session.
