Directed by Joseph Kosinski, who recently helmed the upcoming Top Gun: Maverick, this ambitious project is set to take the racing world by storm. F1 CEO Stefano Domenicali recently hinted at the challenges of filming during a racing event, stating that it could become "invasive." But that won't stop this talented team from bringing their vision to life.

"We're going to start shooting in Silverstone very soon," Domenicali revealed.

"It will be the first movie where they will be within the racing event. It will be quite invasive in terms of production, but it will be another way of showing that F1 never stops."

And it's not just the F1 insiders who are excited about the project. Liberty Media CEO Greg Maffei gushed about the film's potential to attract new audiences: He said:

"You've got to keep it fresh, change the game. Its audience is not that big. This movie, kind of like Vegas, is going to be a whole other level."

So, what can we expect from the film? According to Maffei, the team has already incorporated cutting-edge technology from Top Gun to enhance the visuals, promising that it will be "amazing." We can't wait to see how they will capture the adrenaline-fuelled action and high-stakes drama of F1 racing on the big screen.

The British Grand Prix weekend, scheduled for July 7-9, is shaping up to be an unmissable event for motorsport enthusiasts and movie buffs.
