After retiring from Q2 at the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, Max Verstappen has updated fans on his feelings after it was confirmed he will be starting the race from P15 on the grid tomorrow.

After what currently seems to be a driveshaft issue, the RB19 was limped home by the Dutch driver who soon after exited the car after it was clear the car couldn't be repaired in time.

With pundits now wondering whether a weakness in the race-winning car has been unveiled, the rest of the day will be a very important time for the Milton Keynes squad.

Talking to the press directly after the retirement, Max discussed his annoyance with the scenario:

"Coming out of Turn 10 it happened. The chance... is very annoying for it to happen. I mean, I think we so far had a really good weekend.

"Every session was going really well. and every time you want to track you know, the car was working really well.

"So now, it will be a bit more tricky to get to the front. but it's all about scoring points. I'm starting further up the road but we cannot change that now.

"Anything is possible at this track. We've seen a lot of crazy things but we've also got to stay a little realistic. I mean it's gonna be tough, but we have good pace so I'm sure we'll move forward."

With such incredible pace from the Arian Newey-designed car, it's highly likely Verstappen will see himself quickly moving up the ranks tomorrow. But with car reliability being an issue across the board, we can't be sure about anything at the fast and dangerous Jeddah track.
