Red Bull's Max Verstappen is not entirely happy with his car's setup for the upcoming Australian Grand Prix. The Dutchman's frustration was revealed by the team's top advisor, Helmut Marko.

During the first free practice session, Verstappen showed his dominance, outpacing his competitors by over four-tenths of a second. Lewis Hamilton finished in second place, with Verstappen's teammate, Sergio Perez, putting in the third-fastest time. Despite his impressive time, Verstappen was still dissatisfied with his car's balance.

As a result, Marko believes it's time for Verstappen to make a change to his car's setup. Marko explained to Sky Sports Germany:

"We may have to go more to a more stable car in the setup. We are fast, but the car may be a bit too nervous."

Fortunately for Verstappen, he won't have to look far for a potential solution. Marko revealed that his teammate, Perez, has a more conservative setup that appears to be working better on the track. Marko continued:

"Perez's conservative setup works better here."

Despite the challenges that Verstappen and his team are facing, Marko is still confident that the upcoming Australian Grand Prix will be an exciting event. He sees Fernando Alonso, who concluded the second free practice session as the fastest driver, as a major challenger.

As the weekend approaches, all eyes will be on Red Bull to see if they can make the necessary adjustments to get Verstappen back on track in a more reliable situation.
