What F1 Fans Should Expect From The Williams FW45 Car Reveal For 2023 Season
The Williams F1 team is set to reveal the FW45 today (February 6) at 2pm GMT. Here's what we know so far.
How Will The FW45 Be Revealed?
The team will be revealing the FW45 at an event hosted by Will Buxton, which will be streamed for free via their website and app. It is also rumoured the team will reveal a sponsorship with Gulf after the team created a partnership page for the oil company on their website prior to any formal announcements last week. The British team are the third of the year to unveil their livery ahead of the 2023 season.

It is expected that new team principal James Vowles and drivers' Alex Albon and Logan Sargeant will feature at the event.
Possible Sponsorship Changes
Gulf Oil, the iconic motorsport brand, has hinted at a return to Formula 1 after their sponsorship deal with McLaren came to an end at the end of 2022. While their future has not been confirmed yet, rumours are swirling that Williams Racing may be the lucky team to partner with the global oil company.
What To Expect From Williams In 2023
Williams are going into 2023 with a new driver line-up. British-Thai driver Alex Albon will be joined by American driver Logan Sargeant who heading into his rookie F1 season.
It was announced after the end of the 2022 season that Jost Capito was stepping down from his role as team principal and it was recently confirmed that Mercedes chief strategist James Vowles will be taking over the position.
One of Williams' main rivals, Haas, has secured a title sponsorship with MoneyGram enabling them to hit the budget cap limit. All eyes will be on Williams today to see if they do confirm the Gulf partnership which could put them in a similar position.
