T Parker, the 2023 Resistol Bull Riding Rookie of the Year, is currently unable to compete at the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo due to injuries sustained to his right shoulder and elbow.

Parker was first added to the Justin Sportsmedicine injury report after being bucked off Cowtown Rodeo's Kingdom in Round 5 on Dec. 12.

He was then bucked off Big Stone Rodeo's Dirty Dave in Round 6, which led to his doctor releasing him from Round 7 and Round 8. However, he is expected to be able to compete again in Round 9 on Friday.

According to Dr. Tandy Freeman, the medical director of the Justin Sportsmedicine team, Parker's shoulder had previously given him trouble, and on the night he injured his elbow, his shoulder also slipped out but then popped back in.

Despite his injuries, Parker remains No. 11 in the pro rodeo world standings, with a total earnings of $184,336. At the NFR, he has earned $31,544.
