Haven Meged emerged as the undisputed champion of the tie-down roping category at the RODEOHOUSTON Super Series V, held from Sunday, March 10 to Tuesday, March 12. Meged clinched victory in all three rounds, securing a total of $8,000 and securing his spot in the semifinals. Amidst the electrifying atmosphere, riders battled fiercely for qualification, with names like Tuf Cooper, Shad Mayfield, and Blane Cox joining Meged in the quest for the coveted title. As the competition intensifies, all eyes are set on the upcoming semifinals, promising more thrilling action.

The Bareback Riding category saw Sam Petersen emerge as the Round 1 leader, showcasing his exceptional talent with an impressive 89-point ride on Cervi Championship Rodeo’s Watson’s Prairie Fire. Petersen's stellar performance earned him $3,000. Rocker Steiner claimed the Round 2 leader spot with an 86-point ride on Cervi Championship Rodeo’s Daddy’s Girl, securing $3,000. Richmond Champion surged to victory in Round 3 with an 83.5-point ride, adding another $3,000 to his earnings. The semifinal qualifiers include Rocker Steiner, Richmond Champion, Keenan Hayes, and Sam Petersen.

In Steer Wrestling, Cody Devers set the pace in Round 1 with a swift 4.1-second performance, earning $3,000. Travis Munro dominated Round 2 with a 4.2-second run, securing another $3,000. Cameron Morman showcased his prowess in Round 3, claiming victory with a 4.8-second performance and $3,000. Jake Clay and Trey Yates asserted their dominance in the Team Roping category, clinching the Round 1 victory with a 5.3-second run, each earning $3,000.
