The World Champions Rodeo Alliance recently announced their move back to the renowned AT&T stadium, home of the NFL's Dallas Cowboys, for the Women's Rodeo World Championship finals that will take place along side the PBR finals in May 2024.

There will be four days of qualifying rounds of all four events (breakaway roping, heading, heeling, and barrel racing) held prior to the championship round at the famous Cowtown Coliseum, May 13-16th.

From Fort Worth, the top athletes in the aggregate from both the challenger and professional leaderboard will advance on to the triple crown of rodeo round held May 18-19th at the AT&T Stadium in conjunction with the PBR finals.

The WRWC guarantees a $750,000 pay out, meaning each event winner will receive no less than $60,000.

The WRWC allows cowgirls the opportunity to nominate events throughout the year to count towards a points system that qualifies them for the richest women's rodeo in history. The two separate divisions grants challenger cowgirls the opportunity to advance through the qualifying rounds with out competing against the professional division.

The WRWC has given all female rodeo athletes an equal opportunity to compete for a large purse with out sacrificing time away from their families and jobs by travelling all year long. WRWC has paid out almost $3 million to athletes since the inaugural WRWC finals at AT&T stadium in 2020.

Hope Thompson, one of the top money earners in WRWC history, tells Justin McKee, "There is a huge chance for anybody. I just encourage everyone to be apart of it. It's awesome to be there and be apart of it" Thompson says, "I cant think of a more fun place I've ever got to swing my rope (referring to AT&T stadium)."
