The rodeo community is mourning the loss of stock contractor legend, Mitch Terrell.

Born and raised in Anson, Texas, Terrell fulfilled his life long dream of raising bucking stock and running a successful rodeo company.

With both sons, Trevor and Tyler, following closely in his foot steps, TNT Rodeo Company is the ultimate family-oriented business that Terrell strived for.

Terrell had stock at every level, ranging from college and amateur rodeos, to PBR events and the National Finals Rodeo. Terrell made a statement in the rodeo industry and took pride in his stocks performance.

Terrell genuinely cared about working with committees to put on a good show for rodeo fans. He always liked to include a blaring AC/DC song before any TNT performance.

Mitch Terrell was passionate about the cowboys that climbed aboard his stock. Time and time again he was the first one out to check on an injured rider, and lend them a helping hand.

A rodeo icon always found in a blue pearl snap shirt, Terrell never cared if he was under the bright lights of Las Vegas or at a small West Texas rodeo. He was a man of few words that was never ashamed to talk about his faith.

Terrell passed away while doing none other than what he loved most, hauling bucking horses to a college event.

The unexpected loss of someone well respected and so influential has shaken the rodeo community.  Although he will be missed by many, Terrell's legacy will be continued through the bucking stock he raised and TNT Rodeo Company.
