Adidas Fuels the Michael Penix Jr. for Heisman Campaign

Washington Huskies quarterback Michael Penix Jr. is getting a boost from adidas.

The entire college football world is focused on the Pacific Northwest. For the first time ever, the Washington Huskies and Oregon Ducks are facing off as top-ten-ranked teams. It also does not hurt that both teams are led by Heisman Trophy candidate quarterbacks.

Fans camped out overnight in the cold and rain to make their voices heard for ESPN's College GameDay. If there was not enough excitement already, adidas is pouring fuel on the fire by ramping up its marketing blitz for Penix Jr. The three stripes rolled into Seattle with trucks, signage, and enough gear to drive sneakerheads wild.
