The past few months have been eventful for veteran NBA shooting guard Donte DiVincenzo. The 26-year-old agreed to a four-year, $50 million contract with the New York Knicks in July. Now, DiVincenzo is the latest NBA player to sign a sneaker deal with ANTA.

According to Nick DePaula of Boardroom, DiVincenzo will headline the brand’s upcoming ZAP 1 sneaker line with his own player-exclusive colorways. Since going 17th overall in the 2018 NBA Draft, DiVincenzo has worn Nike throughout most of his career. However, DiVincenzo wore PUMA on the court during the second half of last season.

ANTA made the announcement official with a flashy social media video highlighting DiVincenzo's career accomplishments. If it feels like ANTA has made great gains in the North American basketball sneaker market, then you are not wrong.

NBA players like Golden State Warriors shooting guard Klay Thompson and Charlotte Hornets forward Gordon Hayward have represented the brand for years. However, Dallas Mavericks guard Kyrie Irving elevated ANTA to new heights by signing a five-year contract with the brand in June 2023.

Irving's contract included a signature sneaker line and made him the Chief Creative Officer of ANTA Basketball. Shortly after the announcement, Utah Jazz guard Jordan Clarkson signed a short-team sneaker deal with ANTA for the 2023 FIBA World Cup.

Sneakerheads in the United States should have no trouble finding ANTA sneakers on the KICKS CREW website and app, which prides itself on its global reach and competitive pricing. Stay locked into FanNationKicks.com for all your footwear news from the sports world.
