Football season just kicked off, but it is never too soon to start thinking about college basketball. Earlier this summer, Bronny James made headlines by committing to play for the USC Trojans in his freshman season.

Not long after the exciting announcement, James suffered a medical scare during an offseason workout. Luckily, James survived and has looked great during various public appearances in recent weeks.

Currently, we do not know what the immediate future holds for James' basketball career. However, Nike has begun rolling out the first wave of James' gear in USC Trojans colors.

Online shoppers can now buy a James t-shirt for $30 on the Nike website. The shirt-jersey (or shirsey) resembles the Trojans' road uniform. The cardinal-colored shirt features "USC" and "6" on the front, with "James Jr." and "6" on the back.

As expected, Trojans fans are already buying out the shirt as it has sold out in some sizes. It is probably safe to assume that more of James' Trojans gear will be released in the future, but it is hard to pass on this premium t-shirt at its price point.

James has not yet played a college basketball game but is already the biggest star in the NCAA. Whenever the basketball phenom steps back onto the court, he will have the entire sports world rooting for his success.

As we patiently await that glorious moment, Trojans fans can follow FanNationKicks.com for more updates on this developing story, as well as all more news from around the sneaker community.
