Odell Beckham Jr. Wears Brooks Running Shoes to Ravens Game

Odell Beckham Jr. wore affordable running shoes to the first Baltimore Ravens preseason game.
In this story:

After a long offseason, the start of every NFL preseason feels like a reunion among old friends. This is especially true for Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. Football fans have not seen the perennial Pro-Bowler play since Super Bowl LVI, where he suffered a knee injury.

Not only has Beckham changed teams during his year away from the sport, but he also switched up sneaker sponsors. Beckham is in the midst of a lawsuit with Nike, where he is accusing the sportswear company of withholding at least $20 million in back salary and guaranteed royalties.

Despite the legal drama and the lengthy injury recovery, Beckham has maintained his unwavering coolness. During last night's preseason game against the Philadelphia Eagles, Beckham participated in a wonderful sideline interview with Nickelodeon reporter George Johnston IV.

Since Beckham did not dress out for the first preseason game, he wore a Ravens snapback hat, a Nike Dri-FIT Lockup long-sleeve shirt, Dri-FIT shorts (all available on the Nike website), and a pair of Brooks shoes. Below is everything fans must know about the affordable running shoes.

On Saturday night, Beckham wore the Brooks Launch 10 in the "Green Gecko" colorway. The performance running shoes cost $110 on the Brooks website and offer some of the brand's best performance technology.

The Lightweight DNA cushioning is responsive for a fast road-running experience. Breathability is provided by the shoe's newly-engineered warp knit fabric upper. Lastly, the rubber outsole pattern encourages quick transitions for an efficient toe-off.

Beckham is known for wearing expensive sneakers with his pregame outfits, but the best footwear is the most affordable. We are glad to see "OBJ" back on the field, and cannot wait for his official return. Stay locked into FanNation Kicks for all your footwear news.
