It would be tough for any artist to compete with the first half of NFL Super Bowl LVII. But Rihanna is not any artist. She slayed the entire country with several hits that outshined the action on the field.

Of course, everyone is discussing Rihanna's potential pregnancy and gawking over her fabulous red outfit. However, our focus is always on the footwear worn on and off the field.

Naturally, Rihanna did not let us down. The chart-topping recording artist wore the Maison Margiela MM6 x Salomon Cross Low Drawstring in the 'fiery red' colorway. Below is everything fans must know about the luxury brand sneakers.

The MM6 Maison Margiela was designed in collaboration with Salomon. MM6 Maison Margiela’s sporty low-top sneakers feature a two-toned upper complete with a drawstring ankle cuff.

The shoes are available in two colorways and have a retail price of $360 on Maison Margiela's website. According to the brand, the sneakers illustrate the collaboration's hybrid perspective, marrying a progressive aesthetic with performance-ready credentials.

The collaboration "draws inspiration from the everyday, and the collection is a celebration of the unsung beauty of quotidian dressing, of the eclectic blur of clothes that pass us by on our city streets."

Among her countless talents and attributes, Rihanna knows fashion and footwear. She scored a touchdown with the sneakers she chose to wear in her grand return. Let's see if the second half of the game can compete with the halftime show.
