There was a significant development last night in the NBA. No, we are not talking about the groundbreaking report that the Golden State Warriors seriously pursued LeBron James at the trade deadline.

Instead, James debuted another electric colorway of his signature Nike sneakers during the Los Angeles Lakers 125-111 victory over the Detroit Pistons. James tallied 25 points and eight rebounds against the lowly Pistons.

The 39-year-old veteran is in the midst of another unbelievable season and has leaned heavily into player-exclusive colorways of different Nike-sponsored NCAA programs. Below is a detailed look and a breakdown of what athletes and fans must know about the kicks.

James' sneakers from last night's game are the second colorway designed for the Oregon Ducks. The Nike LeBron 21 has been outfitted for all of the major Nike schools in the NCAA, but of course, Oregon always gets the best gear that the Beaverton-based brand has to offer.

James' 21st signature sneaker officially launched in September 2023 for $200. While the yellow and green 'Oregon Ducks' colorway will not be released to the public, online shoppers can choose between multiple colorways of the Nike LeBron 21 in full-family sizing on the Nike website.

Between James' sneakers and trade rumors, it feels like March Madness is already here. Luckily for fans, things will get even more exciting over the next month and a half. Stay locked into FanNationKicks.com for all your footwear news from the sports world.
