Real Madrid Player Ratings From Clasico Win Over Barcelona: 8/10 For Jude Bellingham
Real Madrid came from behind to beat Barcelona 2-1 in the first Clasico of the season.
Ilkay Gundogan fired Barca into an early lead before Jude Bellingham scored twice for the away side in the second half.
Bellingham's equalizer was a stunning strike from 30 yards.
His second goal of the game, which arrived in added time, came courtesy of a close-range finish that showcased his predatory instincts.
Real Madrid Player Ratings
Kepa Arrizabalaga - 7/10
Made two saves, including an excellent stop to thwart Ronald Araujo early in the second half.
Dani Carvajal - 6/10
Booked for a foul on Joao Felix but handled the Portuguese forward fairly well overall.
Antonio Rudiger - 6/10
Was the victim of a brutal Felix nutmeg. But was otherwise solid.
David Alaba - 5/10
Failed to clear the ball moments before Gundogan's opening goal. Also looked vulnerable in the air.
Ferland Mendy - 4/10
Had a couple of unsteady touches and offered very little in an attacking sense before being replaced by Eduardo Camavinga six minutes into the second half.
Aurelien Tchouameni - 7/10
Made more interceptions (3) than any other player. Held Madrid's midfield together when the going got tough.
Federico Valverde - 6/10
Burned plenty of energy, including during his post-game celebrations.
Toni Kroos - 5/10
Struggled with the pace of the game at times. Almost cost his team a goal when he was caught in possession by Gavi on the edge of the penalty area. Subbed off for Luka Modric on 62 minutes.
Jude Bellingham - 8/10
Struggled to get into the game in the first half but stole the show in the second. The England midfielder has now scored 13 goals in 13 games for Madrid, as well as providing three assists.
Rodrygo - 4/10
Was fairly anonymous before making way for Joselu on 62 minutes.
Vinicius Junior - 5/10
Nowhere near his brilliant best - thanks largely to Ronald Araujo and Joao Cancelo working together to deny him space. Fouled four times.
