Ronaldo seemingly did not agree with the IFFHS rankings.
After Portuguese publication A Bola posted the rankings on Instagram, Ronaldo replied with three laughing emojis.
Ronaldo will play his final game of 2023 on Saturday when Al Nassr visit Al-Taawoun in the Saudi Pro League.
The 38-year-old has scored 43 goals in 49 games for Al Nassr since moving to Saudi Arabia in January.
He has also netted 10 goals in nine matches for Portugal this year.
