Cristiano Ronaldo Wins Saudi Pro League Player Of The Month Award After Scoring Eight Goals In February
Cristiano Ronaldo won his first individual trophy since joining Al Nassr when he was named as the Saudi Pro League's Player of the Month for February.
Ronaldo provided eight goals and two assists in four matches during February.
He got off the mark with a 93rd-minute penalty to earn a 2-2 draw at Al Fateh on February 3.
On February 9 - four days after his 38th birthday - Ronaldo scored four goals in a 4-0 win away to Al-Wehda.
Two Ronaldo assists helped Al Nassr beat Al-Taawoun 2-1 at home midway through the month.
Ronaldo then ended February by scoring a hat-trick in a 3-0 victory at Damac.
While Ronaldo will be pleased to have won the Player of the Month award, he will be much more interested in trying to finish the season with the Saudi Pro League's Golden Boot.
Ronaldo is currently just five goals behind the division's leading scorer, despite only playing in five of Al Nassr's first 18 league games this season.
