EFL Cup Second Round Draw: London Derbies For Chelsea And Spurs

The draw for the second round of the EFL Cup was made on Wednesday. Chelsea and Tottenham were both handed London derbies. Spurs will face Fulham in round 2.

The draw for the second round of the EFL Cup was made on Wednesday night.

Round two is when Premier League clubs - apart from those involved in UEFA competitions this season - enter the tournament.

Tottenham were handed a tough away trip to London rivals Fulham in an all-EPL tie.

Chelsea will also face London opposition in round two, having been drawn at home against League Two side AFC Wimbledon.

Elsewhere, Everton will travel to Doncaster, while Nottingham Forest will host Burnley.

Round two matches will take place in the week commencing August 28.
