Manchester United will play Sevilla in the quarter-finals of the 2022/23 UEFA Europa League.

Sevilla are the most successful club in Europa League history, having won the tournament six times.

But United, who have already knocked out two Spanish clubs in Barcelona and Real Betis, are the favourites to win the trophy this season.

United's potential path to Europa League glory was revealed on Friday when the draw for the quarter-finals and semi-finals took place in Switzerland.

The winners of United's clash with Sevilla will face either Juventus or Sporting Lisbon in the semi-finals.

Should United reach the final then their opponent in Budapest on May 31 will come from the other half of the draw, consisting of Bayer Leverkusen, Union Saint-Gilloise, Feyenoord and Roma.

  • Semi-final first legs: May 11
