Harry Kane Set To Make Bayern Munich Debut Around 12 Hours After Completing Transfer From Tottenham
Harry Kane is expected to make his Bayern Munich debut in the German Supercup final against RB Leipzig.
Kane will start the game on the bench after being named as a substitute.
The game will kick off less than 11 hours after Kane was officially unveiled as a Bayern player.
Kane's Bundesliga record transfer from Tottenham was announced at 9am (Central European Summer Time).
Less than four hours later, he joined his teammates on the training pitch for the first time.
After completing that training session, Kane uploaded four photos to Instagram alongside the message: "First run out. Feeling good. Looking forward to the game later."
That game, against last season's DFB-Pokal winners, is due to kick off at 7.45pm.
If Kane plays and Bayern beat Leipzig then he will lift a trophy for the first time in his senior career.
Kane has appeared in four finals to date - three for Spurs and one with England - and has been on the losing side in all four.
