Leeds United have now gone seven Premier League games without winning after falling to a 1-0 defeat at Nottingham Forest on Sunday.

Brennan Johnson's 14th-minute goal at the City Ground was enough to consign Leeds to a 10th EPL loss of the season, leaving Jesse Marsch's team 17th in the table.

After Sunday's game, "Yank Lampard" trended on Twitter.

It was being widely used as a derogatory nickname to troll Marsch, comparing the American Leeds boss to Frank Lampard, who was recently fired by Everton.

Only goal difference now separates Leeds from Everton and the relegation zone.

Everton won for the first time in 11 games on Saturday when they beat leaders Arsenal 1-0 at Goodison Park.

That was Sean Dyche's first game as Everton boss, after he had been appointed following Lampard's dismissal in January.

Lampard left Everton with a win percentage of just 27.27%, making him statistically the second worst permanent manager in the club's history.
