Manchester City right-back Kyle Walker was officially the fastest player in the Premier League during the 2022/23 season.

The 33-year-old recorded a top speed of 37.31 kilometers per hour (23.18 miles per hour) during his sixth campaign as a City star, according to data gathered by Opta.

Nottingham Forest forward Brennan Johnson, 22, was the second fastest EPL player last season, having hit 36.70 km/h (22.80 miles per hour) at his peak during his debut campaign in England's top division.

Chelsea winger Mykhailo Mudryk (36.63 km/h), Newcastle midfielder Anthony Gordon (36.61 km/h) and Liverpool striker Darwin Nunez (36.53 km/h) completed the top five.
