Kylian Mbappe did not look happy after being substituted off by Paris Saint-Germain manager Luis Enrique for the second game in a row.

Mbappe was hooked by Enrique at half-time in Friday's 0-0 draw at AS Monaco.

The 25-year-old touched the ball 32 times and missed the target with his only shot before being replaced by Randal Kolo Muani.

Mbappe watched the second half of the game from the stands alongside his mother before returning to the pitch after the final whistle.

Mbappe - who was taken off after 65 minutes against Rennes in PSG's previous match - has agreed a deal to join Real Madrid at the end of the season.

Enrique said after Friday's game: "It was 100% the coach's decision [to make the sub], because sooner or later we will have to get used to playing without Kylian Mbappe.

"I took this decision for the good of the team."

PSG's next game is on Tuesday in the UEFA Champions League's round of 16 against Real Sociedad in Spain.

Mbappe scored in the first leg as PSG beat Real Sociedad 2-0 in Paris.

Highlights: Monaco 0-0 PSG
