No.7 has been Kylian Mbappe's squad number at club level since 2018 but that looks set to change this summer.

Mbappe recently told Paris Saint-Germain president Nasser Al-Khelaifi that he would be leaving at the end of the season.

It has been widely reported that the 25-year-old will sign for Real Madrid after his current PSG contract expires in June.

According to Okdiario, Mbappe and Madrid have already reached an agreement regarding his transfer.

Okdiario also claims that Mbappe will be given the no.10 jersey upon his arrival at the Bernabeu.

No.7 is currently occupied by Vinicius Junior but no.10 is likely to be vacated by Luka Modric this summer.

Although Mbappe has worn the no.7 on his back for most of his PSG career, he has donned the no.10 jersey at international level for more than six years.

He has been France's no.10 in each of the last two FIFA World Cup finals.

The no.7 jersey has been worn by a long list of Real Madrid superstars over the years.

Between 2010 and 2018 it belonged to Cristiano Ronaldo, who is the club's all-time leading scorer with 450 goals.

It had previously been in the possession of Raul, who holds Real Madrid's appearance record after playing in 741 matches for the Spanish giants.

Some pretty big names have worn the no.10 for Real Madrid too, including Luis Figo and Ferenc Puskas.
