FC Dallas Sell Out Toyota Stadium In 22 Minutes For Lionel Messi's First Inter Miami Away Game

Lionel Messi's first away game for Inter Miami will take place in front of a packed crowd at Toyota Stadium in Dallas.

Messi's first three Miami matches have all been held at DRV PNK Stadium in Fort Lauderdale.

The Argentina captain scored a 94th-minute free-kick to beat Cruz Azul on his debut, before netting four more goals in victories over Atlanta United and Orlando City.

Those three wins have seen Miami reach the Leagues Cup round of 16, where they will meet FC Dallas in Texas on August 6.

FC Dallas put tickets on sale for that game at 11am on Thursday.

Just 22 minutes later the club announced that all 19,096 seats had been sold.

Tickets are now being advertised on resale site AXS, where the cheapest seat is currently listed for $425.

Meanwhile, some ticket-holders are asking for as much as $7,500.

The winner of Sunday's game will take on either Houston Dynamo or Charlotte FC in the quarter-finals.
