Twenty-three of the 24 teams that will feature at the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations have now named their squads for the tournament.

The Gambia is the only nation yet to submit its squad of 27.

However, no players from Gambia are currently based in England's Premier League.

Therefore, we can now confirm the full list of players who are set to be involved at AFCON 2023 - which is actually being held in 2024.

The tournament will start on January 13 and end on February 11.

But it is not the only major international competition taking place in January and February.

The rearranged 2023 Asian Cup will begin on January 12 and finish on February 10.

All 24 national teams have already named their squads for the Asian Cup.

Seventeen of the Premier League's 20 clubs have at least one player going to either AFCON or the Asian Cup this month.

Manchester City, Newcastle United and Burnley are the only clubs who have received zero call-ups.
