Raul Jimenez has completed a move to Fulham from Wolverhampton Wanderers for a transfer fee in the region of £5 million.

The 32-year-old Mexico forward had been at Wolves since 2018 when he arrived from Portuguese side Benfica.

Jimenez - who has scored 30 goals in 100 senior international games for Mexico - netted 40 times in 135 Premier League appearances for Wolves.

"It's really important for me to arrive here," Jimenez told FulhamFC.com.

"I will try to do my best for the team, one of the most iconic teams in the Premier League.

"I'm happy to be here and to play in this stadium, it's a really good stadium, I like it here. I'm going to give my best to keep scoring goals in the Premier League."

Jimenez's arrival at Craven Cottage comes amid speculation that Serbia striker Aleksandar Mitrovic could be set for a move away from Fulham.

Mitrovic is said to be pushing for a transfer to Al-Hilal in Saudi Arabia.

Fulham rejected Al-Hilal's initial offer of £25m for the 28-year-old but a second offer is reportedly imminent.
