Sunderland's Jobe Bellingham, Brother Of Jude, Eyed By Real Madrid

Real Madrid are reportedly keeping tabs on Sunderland teenager Jobe Bellingham.

The 18-year-old - who is the younger brother of Madrid midfielder Jude Bellingham, 20 - has started in 20 EFL Championship games for Sunderland this season after signing from Birmingham City in June.

Like his big brother, Bellingham is a central midfielder who can also play further up the field.

He has already scored four goals for Sunderland, while his ability to dominate in midfield in what is famously a very physical league is said to have impressed scouts from the Spanish capital.

According to SPORT, Madrid officials are closely monitoring Bellingham's progress at the Stadium of Light, aware that his value is growing game by game.

Multiple Premier League clubs are also said to be interested in Sunderland's no.7.

It is suggested by SPORT that Madrid bosses may want to make a move for Bellingham II sooner rather than later, because signing him from a Premier League outfit further down the line could prove much harder than plucking him from Sunderland.

However, Sunderland's position is pretty strong right now as Bellingham is under contract until June 2027.

Despite being Jude's 'little brother', Jobe is actually two inches taller than his older sibling.
