Alejandro Garnacho scored one of the most spectacular goals in Premier League history as Manchester United won 3-0 at Everton on Sunday.

The 19-year-old Argentina winger met a Diogo Dalot cross with an acrobatic overhead kick to fire United into an early lead at Goodison Park.

Garnacho celebrated his goal by imitating Cristiano Ronaldo's famous 'SIU' routine.

Marcus Rashford made it 2-0 to United by converting a penalty kick in the 56th minute.

The spot-kick was awarded following a VAR review for a foul by Ashley Young on Anthony Martial, who had initially been shown a yellow card for diving. That card was rescinded.

Martial then wrapped up the victory for United with a slick dinked finish after being set up by Bruno Fernandes.

The result was perhaps a little harsh on Everton, who created their fair share of chances and registered 24 shots - 15 more than United.

Victor Lindelof and Kobbie Mainoo both produced excellent goal-line clearances for United.

Red Devils keeper Andre Onana made six saves and Vitaliy Mykolenko rattled the woodwork.
