Kyle Walker scored the first goal of his senior international career on Saturday in his 77th game for England.

Walker netted England's equalizer in a 1-1 draw against Ukraine in a Euro 2024 qualifier in Poland.

Arsenal midfielder Oleksandr Zinchenko had earlier fired Ukraine into a shock lead midway through the first half.

Walker's goal was the product of a fabulous assist by England captain Harry Kane.

The Bayern Munich striker played a long-range diagonal through pass from near the center circle that found his former Tottenham teammate in the right side of Ukraine's penalty area.

Walker's first touch was clean and his second saw him poke a shot past keeper Georgiy Bushchan.

The 33-year-old could not hide his delight as he jumped into the air and then into Kane's arms.

But Walker's celebrations were briefly put on ice as a VAR review was ordered to check the goal for a possible offside.

After multiple replays were studied, it was confirmed that Walker had timed his run to perfection and he was able to celebrate again.

Saturday's draw kept England unbeaten in Group C, leading the table ahead of Ukraine in second place.
