Erik Ten Hag Hails "Biggest Win" With Manchester United After Beating Barcelona

Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag hailed his team's victory over Barcelona as the best result of his Old Trafford career.

United progressed 4-3 on aggregate after coming from 1-0 down to beat Barca 2-1 at home in Thursday's second leg.

Ten Hag was asked by BT Sport reporter Jules Breach after the game if this had been his "biggest win" with United.

He replied: "Oh yes, I think so."

Ten Hag added: "We had some good wins, at Liverpool, against Arsenal at home, really good wins.

"But this; two legs against Barcelona, the leader of La Liga, eight points ahead of Real Madrid...

"We all have seen Real Madrid in this week [when they beat Liverpool 5-2 at Anfield].

"To beat them (Barcelona), it's a big win, yeah."

The draw for the Europa League last 16 will take place on Friday.
