Harry Kane has been pictured wearing a lederhosen for the first time since his transfer from Tottenham Hotspur to Bayern Munich.

Kane did not feature in Bayern's annual team photo - in which the entire squad dressed in traditional Bavarian attire - after he flew back to England earlier this month to meet his newborn baby son.

But he made up for it on Tuesday by donning leather breeches for a photoshoot with Paulaner, Bayern's official beer partner.

Teammates Thomas Muller and Alphonso Davies also featured in the photoshoot, which saw the formally-dressed players pose with large drinks.

"A little bit tight", Kane said of his leather shorts in an interview with Sky Sports.

Looking a little embarrassed, Kane added that the "new outfit" would be "something to get used to".

Kane and Co were also seen sampling some pretzels and Weisswurst - a traditional Bavarian white sausage.

"It tastes better than it looks," said Kane.

While it may take some time for Kane to acclimatize to life in Munich off the pitch, he has made an excellent start to his Bundesliga career on the field.

After scoring in a 4-0 away win at Werder Bremen on his league debut, he netted twice as Bayern beat Augsburg 3-1 in his second Bundesliga appearance on Sunday.
