Liverpool came from behind to beat Fulham 4-3 at Anfield in the Premier League on Sunday.

The Reds twice led in the first half thanks to spectacular strikes from Trent Alexander-Arnold and Alexis Mac Allister.

But Fulham hit back swiftly on both occasions courtesy of goals from Harry Wilson and Kenny Tete.

Fulham then went ahead for the first time in the 80th minute when Bobby Decordova-Reid headed home for his third goal of the season.

Wataru Endo curled in an equalizer from 20 yards to draw Liverpool level on 87 minutes.

Alexander-Arnold then struck a sweet volleyed winner 79 seconds later.

Trent Alexander-Arnold Denied First Ever Brace

Vice-captain Alexander-Arnold led the post-game celebrations in front of the Kop but he would soon receive some bad news.

Liverpool's opener - which had originally been recorded as the fifth direct free-kick goal of Alexander-Arnold's career - was later reassigned as a Bernd Leno own goal.

The ball had hit Leno's head after Alexander-Arnold's free-kick struck the underside of the crossbar.

Alexander-Arnold was therefore denied the first two-goal haul of his senior career.
