Manchester United recorded their biggest Premier League home win of the season by beating West Ham 3-0 on Sunday.

Erik ten Hag's side had not won by a three-goal margin in the EPL at Old Trafford since May 2023.

Rasmus Hojlund fired United ahead midway through the first half before Alejandro Garnacho netted twice in the second period.

The result saw the Red Devils climb above the Hammers into sixth place in the EPL table.

Hojlund - who was celebrating his 21st birthday on Sunday - shot past keeper Alphonse Areola from 18 yards after dribbling around Nayef Aguerd.

Areola was substituted off at half-time after suffering a head injury in a clash with teammate Kurt Zouma.

Replacement keeper Lukasz Fabianski was beaten just 145 seconds after his introduction when a left-footed effort from Garnacho was deflected into the net by Aguerd.

Garnacho then sealed United's third win in a row in the 84th minute with a clinical low finish from his right boot after being teed up by Scott McTominay.
