Michail Antonio Casually Scores Europa Conference League Wondergoal As West Ham Take Control Against AEK Larnaca
AEK Larnaca 0-2 West Ham
Michail Antonio scored twice as West Ham United took control of their UEFA Europa Conference League last 16 clash with AEK Larnaca.
The 32-year-old headed the Hammers in front 36 minutes into Thursday's first leg in Cyprus before making it 2-0 with a stunning goal on the stroke of half-time.
With his back to goal, Antonio collected a pass from Declan Rice around 30 yards out.
As Larnaca's defenders backed off, Antonio turned smoothly before briefly appearing to weigh up his options.
With no Larnaca player wanting to press him, Antonio looked like he was playing walking football as he took his time before casually curling the ball into the top corner from outside of the penalty area.
West Ham won Thursday's first leg 2-0 to extend their perfect record in this season's Conference League.
The second leg will take place at the London Stadium next week.
